OPENING PARTY AT THE COCOA CAFÉ

Please join us at our opening party which will begin at 21.00, at the COCOA CAFE, located on Kolodvorska Street , across from the national television building. We have prepared a selection of popular soundtrack music from various movies and special Filofest cocktails. The admission is free, make sure you come!

AN EVENING OF FILM MUSIC AT THE VIA ROMA CAFÉ

On our second festival evening we are meeting at the VIA ROMA CAFE on Rimska Street 23 in Ljubljana (near the Faculty of Arts) at 21.00. Two young pianists, Dmitry Larikov and Peter Žargi will perform a number of well-known pieces from film composers such as Henry Mancini, Ennio Morriconne, Vangelis, Nino Rota and others. In addition, a special segment is going to be dedicated to music from Soviet, Korean and Japanese cinema. There is no entrance fee - we hope to see you there.

WRAP PARTY AT THE ORTO BAR

You cannot miss the Filofest Wrap Party, which will take place at the famous ORTO BAR on Grablovičeva 1 in Ljubljana (www.orto-bar.com). We start at 21.00. A group of musicians who gathered with a special purpose - for the exclusive occasion of Filofest - will play a live gig for us. Their concert repertoire comprises not only music of various genres, but some well-known movie soundtrack tunes as well. The members of the band called ' N DIVJA are Gregor Mazovec (lead guitar), Miha Peskar (vocals, guitar), Jan Drobnič (bass) and Vid Zgonc (drums). After the concert you'll be able enjoy 80's music till dawn. Again, there is no admission. Make sure you don't miss it!
